The Self care Instagram Giveaway (the “Contest”) will run from May 20, 2021 9:30pm EST to May 24 2021 6:00PM EST (“Contest Period”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Contest Rules/Restrictions. Entrants further agree to abide by and be bound by all decisions of the Kylie Hockley Psychotherapy (the “Business”), which shall be final binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Contest and the awarding of the prizes.

Participating and entering in this contest is considered a full release of Instagram by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, Instagram.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry (“Entrants”). Entrants must have a valid Canadian ship-to address.

How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate, Entrants must follow the Instagram account @kyliehockleypsychotherapy, “like” the Partnership Giveaway post on the kyliehockleypsychotherapy Instagram profile, comment on the Partnership Giveaway post on the @kyliehockleypsychotherapy Profile with two valid Instagram accounts of their known acquaintances or friends, all within the Contest Period. Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. For an additional entry per person, participants can share a story on their profile and tag the above-mentioned Instagram accounts.

Prizes

There is one prize to be one. This prize includes One (1) Hammock swing chair, One (1) book bag, One (1) Sun hat, One (1) Book, One (1) Waterbottle.

How to Win

On or about Monday May 24, 2021 at the Sponsor’s office located at in St Jacobs, Ontario, Canada at 6:00pm. EST, a random selection will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period for the purpose of selecting a Prize winner. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize Claim Conditions

In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must respond to notification of selection within two (2) business days of first attempt by Business. Inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within two (2) business days of first attempt by Business, failure to provide necessary Contest-related information in a timely manner, may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and, at Business’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited Prize, in accordance with these Contest Rules/Restrictions, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

Right to Terminate / Suspend / Modify

Business reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Contest at any time and without notice or obligation if, in Business’s discretion, any factor arises that could interfere with the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules/Restrictions.

Limitation of Liability and Releases

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE BUSINESS HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A PRIZE, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF THE PRIZE. FURTHER, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE BUSINESS AND INSTAGRAM, INC. HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

Protection of Personal Information

Unless otherwise authorized by the entrant, any personal information provided by the entrant when they enter the Contest will be used solely by the Business and its authorized agents for the purposes of prize fulfillment.

General Conditions

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted any entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used for entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the Instagram account by Instagram. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the selected entry.
